Jennifer Krause is the Founder and CEO of Stride Accounting Solutions, specializing in financial strategy, business operations, and scalable solutions for small businesses. She helps businesses streamline workflows, optimize financial systems, and drive sustainable growth across Washington State and beyond.
Before founding Stride in 2020, Jennifer served as Chief Financial & Operations Officer for a general contractor, where she led financial strategy and improved operational workflows. She also helped launch a pre-fabrication manufacturing startup and a non-profit organization, showcasing her leadership across multiple industries.
Jennifer works closely with business owners to improve financial clarity, optimize operations, and implement strategies for long-term growth. She understands the challenges small businesses face and provides tailored solutions to help them succeed.
In her free time, Jennifer enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with her family. Her strategic mindset and practical approach make her a trusted partner for businesses looking to scale with confidence.

Chief Operations Officer & Partner
Caitlin Groves brings expertise in business operations, financial strategy, and client management. With certifications in Project and Change Management, she specializes in optimizing workflows, implementing scalable financial systems, and driving operational efficiency for businesses across King County, WA.
Caitlin earned her degree in Business Administration and has spent her career refining processes that improve operational work flows, financial organization, and client success. She collaborates closely with business owners to implement strategies that enhance financial clarity and sustainable growth.
Outside of work, Caitlin enjoys traveling, dining out with friends and family, and spending time with her beloved pets. Her leadership and expertise play a vital role in Stride Accounting Solutions' continued success.
